Brut Nature is a selection of our best macabeo grapes, it is produced using the traditional cava method. The second fermentation and ageing, of at least 12 months in the bottle, takes place in the silence and darkness of Torre Oria´s historic cellars.

Pale yellow color with golden highlights, it has a full floral bouquet of wild flowers and berries and abundant fine bubbles. On the palate it has a magnificent presence, it is dry, full-bodied and fresh with a lovely enduring flavors of peaches, tropical fruits and flowers.
Serve between 6°C and 8°C
Recommended for: Mediterranean dishes, seafood, rissotos, pastas and salads. Also as an aperitif.
