December 3, 2018 marks the date of the official merger between Vineplus NV and Wines & More bvba.
Together we form inVINity nv.
Wines & More bvba, founded in 2010 by Stefaan Wauters, specializes in the marketing of own wine brands. In addition to this activity of selection, blending and commercialization of its brands, Wines & More also acts as a consultant for various Belgian and foreign companies for this type of performance. From the beginning Stefaan has focused on sustainability and organic wines.
Vineplus nv, founded by Gert Hiel in 1999, has a successful history with the import and distribution of an extensive selection of world wines and spirits in Belgium and Luxembourg. A dynamic and motivated team guarantees a professional 360° service. Vineplus offers a strong mix of established brands and domains, emerging talents and innovative products to wine professionals.
This merger enables us, as an independent and Belgian anchored company, to offer continuity and stability in a quickly evolving market.
